PETITION: Mr. President, Use Executive Authority to KEEP Congress In-Session to Solve Tax Crisis:

We petition the Obama administration to:

Use emergency Executive

Authority to order Congress

into continuous session until

a solution is found to our tax

crisis.

The President has emergency authority to order Congress into session. Our nation’s economic health is a matter of National Security.

The Republicans have squandered EVERY opportunity to negotiate in good-faith, so we STILL face a huge tax increase on the Middle-Class, and massive cuts to important government programs.

>> Mr. President, order Congress into continuous session until they STOP the Middle-Class tax increase, avert the sequester, and restore the tax rates on the top 2% to Clinton-era levels.
